Our patient account representatives verify benefits with the patient's insurance company. This is done prior to the start of service, giving the patient peace of mind knowing that there will be no unexpected medical bills. Option Care services are covered by most insurance plans; though patients are responsible for deductibles, co-payments and uncovered services. Option Care will file claims directly with the insurance company on the patient's behalf.
